Exaba almost went to market looking, and sounding, like their competitors. Insert 2D techy background, sans serif typeface saying ‘Cloud Storage’ and same-same colours, because tech means blue, right? Swap the logo on any of their competitors and you probably wouldn’t know the difference. A huge opportunity for Exaba, and one grabbed with both hands by Darren Hopper from Babylon60, through engaging The Brandery in an identity design process.

Everything we did with the brand refresh was designed to differentiate and stand out. From the bright yellow, to the use of beautiful, vast landscape imagery denoting open space, grand scale and no barriers.

We then designed a brand system and guidelines to ensure Exaba scaled up with consistency.
