HBNZ.
HBNZ approached The Brandery to create a brand that would stand apart in New Zealand’s growing small homes market. Beyond strategy and messaging, the project required a complete visual identity and digital presence that made affordable housing feel aspirational rather than budget-driven.
We led the creative direction across the brand, shaping a look and feel that felt calm, approachable and distinctly Kiwi. The visual language focused on soft neutrals, clean layouts, natural textures and warm imagery to appeal to buyers looking for practical homes that still felt considered and design-led.
Alongside the visual identity, we designed and developed the website. Leveraging a copywriting and SEO strategy to simplify a complex category and create a seamless customer journey.
The result was a polished, welcoming brand that helped position HBNZ as a trusted provider in the affordable homes market while visually elevating the category beyond the typical transportable or prefab aesthetic.
