Developing an identity for luxury townhouses in Howick

We were delighted to collaborate with D3 Development in bringing to life Oaken Residences, a fresh housing project in one of Auckland's oldest suburbs - Howick. Our team crafted a compelling visual identity that captures the essence of Oaken's free-title homes, resulting in the creation of various pieces such as brochures, posters, billboards, and digital advertisements. We also, with the aid of our friends at Fluke, developed an engaging video series, presenting their homes through compelling storytelling and captivating visuals.
